Any other significant details
Once you approve the details, please make the full payment.
If commissions are currently closed, I can add you to a waitlist without requiring full prepayment.
I generally work on a limited number of commissions at a time, so I will start on yours once the previous commissions are completed.
Waiting List
I can add you to a waitlist, but please note that there is no guarantee of a specific timeframe. I cannot predict the exact number of slots available each month, so I can only provide an approximate period.
First, describe your idea in detail so I can estimate the time required and give approval. Once approved, I will add you to the list.
Currently, being added to the waitlist is free. However, if you decline the commission when your turn comes up, a $30 fee will apply to rejoin the list. This fee will be applied to your commission cost, but if you decline again, there will be no refund.
Important Information
Deadline: All artwork will be completed within 2 months from the date of payment.
Ideas: I reserve the right to decline any concept that I do not feel comfortable with or am unable to draw.
Payment: Work begins only after full prepayment is received.
Payment Terms
Only 100% prepayment is accepted. There are no refunds if you change your mind after payment.
Art Process
I will provide a rough sketch, followed by a cleaner line drawing of the character, basic colors, and then the final artwork.
I do not include detailed lines for small elements such as tattoos, piercings, or intricate outfit details until the final stage.
The background will be detailed only as much as necessary for compositional clarity.
Major changes are not allowed after approval of each stage (e.g., pose, colors). Once a stage is accepted, no further changes can be made.
Fixes
Corrections of mistakes made by me will be made free of charge.
Minor changes, such as altering eye color or adding small details, are also free. However, extensive minor adjustments will incur an extra fee.
Major changes at any stage, particularly after the final stage, will incur an additional charge.
I reserve the right to decline any fixes beyond correcting mistakes or missed details.
If your references lack specific details that I did not include, it is not considered a mistake on my part. Please make sure to highlight any important details.
Rights for Art
Commissions are for personal use only. You may use the artwork as wallpaper, make prints, share on social media, and for other personal purposes. Commercial use can be discussed for an additional fee.
I retain all copyright and can use the artwork for promotion, on my websites and social media pages, and for monetizing creation steps and videos on Patreon/Boosty.
I am not responsible for how the artwork is used after it is posted on social media.
The artwork cannot be used for NFTs or AI generation.
I may post work-in-progress images if the commission is not private.
You may not alter the artwork in any way or remove the signature.
Commercial and Private Artwork
Please specify if you need a commercial or private commission from the initial message. Both types incur an additional fee.
I will post all artworks publicly unless a private art request (+100%) and payment are made. If the artwork is not marked as private, I will not remove it from social media. However, additional versions of the artwork can be kept private at no extra charge.
If you require private artwork for a limited time (e.g., a book cover awaiting release), I can hold off on posting it for up to 6 months at no additional cost.
